A 5% processing fee applies to all products, while a 10% processing fee applies to suits, for orders cancelled by customers due to personal reasons. The fee is calculated based on the product's unit price, excluding shipping costs.

Mask Order Processing: 15 days on average before shipping.

Suit Order Processing: Approximately 60 days

 Mask : Approximately 2 weeks for most destinations

 Suit : 10-12 days

Returns & Exchanges: Not accepted.

Quality Issues/Damage/Loss: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this time cannot be compensated.
